Summer Breeze Pinot Gris

From Motueka in Nelson this is a family run operation that grows all sorts of stuff (legal). Aside from the obvious (grapes) we’re talking hops, apples and kiwifruit.

More recently it’s the grapes and their wine that has been the big hit. If you’ve ever tried the Northwood Pinot Gris you’ll be into this – that’s because it’s the same light, bright, mouth wateringly good Gris under another label.

Part of a vintage clearance so to get this under ten bucks is a real find. Hook into it nicely chilled with light seafood and pasta dishes.
