It seems pretty fitting that Villa Maria decided to put their Cellar Selection range behind a Gold label. Being NZ’s most awarded winery they’ve won a Gold or few in their time.

Their 2018 Villa Maria Cellar Selection Sauvignon Blanc is out of the traps and we’d be blown away if this guy doesn’t go through a vintage without scooping a gong or two along the way. So it’s not much surprise to see it pick up a 4 Star & Best Buy Award in Cuisine magazine’s annual SauvyB tasting AND a Gold medal at the Royal Easter Wine Awards 2019. So typical right?
